ERROR BUG EMISORA VIP

Buenas, quisiera reportar las emisoras vip como bug, ya que hago todo lo de la guia de Gabriel y aún así no me transmite en ningún momento, me sale el error en el RADIOBOSS: [E40] Cannot start broadcasting (output 1) Error 40 (network timeout)
